All our solutions involve the implants and full jaw fixed prosthesis being fitted on the same day as surgery to remove any teeth that need to be removed.

When you choose to have full mouth implants with us, you will be leaving on the same day with fixed teeth. We never provide temporary dentures.
EvoDental designs and mills a bespoke, one-piece, screw-retained prosthesis from start to finish, in our on-site labs, all on the day of your surgery.

Morning
Arriving at 8am you will be taken to your own private patient suite. Then, under sedation and pain free, any remaining teeth are extracted and dental implants placed. Each jaw takes about 2 hours.
Afternoon
You will then be taken back to your comfortable private patient suite where you can relax and recover while your bespoke initial prosthesis is made in our on-site lab.
Late afternoon
Your new 'smile in a day' prosthetics is placed. Leaving with your first set of fixed teeth, you return a few weeks later for your final set.

EvoAdvanced™ provides additional implant support towards the back of the jaw, reducing biomechanical stress on the teeth from chewing, and allowing for a bridge with more teeth which enhances aesthetics with a fuller smile. Additional implants may be placed in the molar area, or at the very back of the jaw in an area called the Pterygoid region, which is a highly advanced technique for which we are Industry Leaders and teach dentists across the world.

EvoUltimate™ is engineered from Zirconia, a very hard ceramic material, this is our strongest bridge. This is ideal for patients with little bone, severe gum disease, or worn teeth. The ceramic material can be hand-characterised to give the EvoUltimate even more aesthetic finesse and realism than EvoAdvanced or EvoEssential.

All our solutions involve fixed teeth being fitted on the same day as surgery. Our in-house digital technicians custom design your bespoke dental prosthesis using specialist software, and it is then machine-manufactured in our on-site lab and finished by hand, ready to fit perfectly onto your implants within a few hours.
