Who can benefit from full jaw dental implants?

We have seen thousands of people over the years. Some of our patients come straight to us for our expert opinion, but many have suffered with missing or failing teeth for many years before seeking our help. It may be that you have been let down by dental professionals in the past or feel too embarrassed to seek help.

Our EvoSolution™ full mouth implants have been developed to help a wide range of people who have:

  • Been provided dentures as the only viable option
  • Been told that tooth loss is inevitable
  • Been told there is not enough bone present to offer a solution
  • Gone through extensive dental work in the past such as crowns and bridges
  • Chronic gum disease

A large proportion of our patients are denture wearers and struggle to feel comfortable and secure with the set they have. This can have a detrimental impact on both physical and mental wellbeing as many tell us that they have become more isolated over time as they feel too embarrassed to socialise with loved ones. Opting for our fixed full mouth dental implants removes the fear and uncertainty, allowing you to eat, drink and socialise without a second thought.

What are the benefits of dental implants?

If you are researching treatment options for tooth loss, you are likely to see that whole mouth dental implants are a popular choice.

Thanks to the numerous benefits and versatility of whole mouth implants, they can be used to help a wide range of patients with very different needs.

When receiving the EvoSolution™, our optimised full-mouth dental implant solution, you can expect the following benefits:

  • A bespoke solution for every patient – each full-mouth dental implant solution is custom-designed and manufactured in our own on-site laboratories and fitted on surgery day.
  • A vast increase in your quality of life – full-mouth dental implant treatment restores full function, including a strong, complete bite and a full, even smile – giving you the confidence to laugh and enjoy food again.
  • Highly experienced and specialised dental professionals – the EvoDental full-mouth dental implant team includes expert and approachable technical engineers, clinicians, lab technicians, nurse practitioners, and patient coordinators – providing patient-centred support and high-quality service at all times.
  • More teeth per prosthesis – the EvoSolution offers up to 10-12 teeth per arch, instead of the standard 8-10 found on more common treatments like all on 4, while ensuring a comfortable real feel, thanks to accurate tooth simulation.
  • Enhanced facial aesthetics – full-mouth dental implants help you to regain ‘real teeth’ function and a natural face shape as the bone in the jaw has been stimulated by the implant materials and integration process.

We provide you with a new smile in a day

Choosing to have full mouth implants with us is the first step towards getting a fully functional, confident smile back.

Our unique process enables us to provide a full arch implant rehabilitation treatment. This all takes place on the same day, with full mouth implants being fitted in the morning, before fitting a new, completely bespoke prosthetic in place on the same day.

Take a look at our patient timeline

Morning

When you arrive at 8am, one of our friendly team will take you to a private patient suite, which is just for you. Then, under sedation and pain-free, the treatment will begin and any remaining teeth will be extracted. Your full mouth dental implants will then be placed. This can take around 2 hours per jaw.

Afternoon

Afterwards, you'll be taken back to your private patient suite and made comfortable. Whilst your bespoke initial prosthetic is being made by our in-house lab team, you can relax, rest and recover.

Late afternoon

In the late afternoon, your first new prosthetic is placed, and you can enjoy your new smile! You'll leave with your first set of new teeth, returning a few weeks later for your final fit.

What happens before surgery day if you choose full-mouth dental implants?

If you choose the EvoSoution™, EvoDental’s enhanced full-mouth dental implant solution, what can you expect before you come in for your treatment?

  1. Firstly, you will request a free consultation and answer a few questions about your dental health. This tells our patient coordinator team if you are suitable for our full-mouth dental implant treatment.

If you are a suitable candidate, we will invite you to one of our clinics for a free 90-minute consultation – and if not, we can recommend a partner dentist who is better suited to helping you.

  1. Next, you’ll join us for your consultation – during this time we will answer any questions you may have before taking a detailed medical and dental history, which will include a 3D cone beam CT scan (CBCT) to get an accurate picture of your dental health, including bone levels.

We always advise prospective patients then and there if you are no longer suitable for the EvoSolution™ and if you aren’t, we will advise you of any other options that can help you.

Worry not, as this very rarely happens, because our advanced solution has been designed to offer full-mouth dental implants to more patients – even those with the most challenging dental situations.

  1. Finally, we’ll provide you with a no-obligation, individualised treatment plan, complete with prices and information about our finance options, for you to take home with you and review.

You can contact us at any time while looking over your treatment plan in comfort by speaking to our patient coordinators, either to ask questions or to let us know you are ready to move forward with dental implant treatment – it’s completely up to you.

If you choose to go ahead, you will then be booked in for your advanced alternative to entire mouth implants, the EvoSolution™, on a date and at a location that is convenient for you.

What happens on the day of the surgery?

If you’ve decided to go ahead with our ‘smile in a day’ complete mouth dental implants, what happens on surgery day?

At EvoDental, to make surgery day as comfortable as possible for you, we will show you to a private patient suite when you arrive at 8am at your chosen EvoDental treatment clinic – in either Heathrow, BirminghamLeedsLiverpool, Dartford, or Bristol.

When you’re not in the dentist’s chair for treatment throughout the day, you will be relaxing in this suite, so you’re very welcome to bring along anything you think you’ll need as well as a partner or friend to stay with you for the day. If you need assistance, one of our experienced dental nurses will be on hand at all times, too.

After you’ve settled in, you will have any remaining natural teeth extracted and your whole set of dental implants will be placed. This will be done after your local anaesthetic and sedation have kicked in to ensure you are comfortable – we have a range of sedation options, which we will discuss with you prior to your surgery.

We will then perform bite calculations and take any impressions, so our technicians can mill your prosthesis in our on-site laboratory whilst you wait in your private patient suite.

Before you go home that day, you will then have your full-mouth dental implant solution placed. These will remain in your mouth for a few weeks before you return to the clinic to have your final prosthesis fitted, allowing the implants to fully integrate with your jawbone and heal properly while you eat and communicate as normal.

Benefit from a free, no-obligation consultation with our clinical team

We appreciate that full jaw dental implants may sound daunting, especially if you feel embarrassed or have been made to feel that your problems aren’t fixable in the past.

Here at EvoDental, we want to put you at ease, which is why we invite you for a free consultation with our team. Here we can chat candidly about your particular issues, what has brought you to us, and how we can help. This initial meeting comes with no-obligation to have the procedure with us, but it does give us the opportunity to gauge your expectations whilst making sure our full jaw dental implants are right for you.

We have a solution for the majority of patients who come to us, so if in doubt – don’t hesitate to contact our team of friendly and capable Patient Coordinators who would be more than happy to talk through your concerns.

Full Mouth Dental Implants FAQ’s

I’ve been told I need full jaw dental implants. How much do they cost?

Dental implants are a fantastic method for restoring teeth – enhancing both the functionality and aesthetic. They can even be used to support a bridge or denture and improve your oral health. But the question is, how much are full mouth dental implants?

Full mouth dental implants cost depends on several factors, including the method used, the length of time it takes to complete the procedure and any other additional procedures required (e.g. bone grafting).

However, as the UK’s only dentistry clinic 100% dedicated to full jaw dental implants, we’re proud to say we offer some of the most competitive prices for this type of treatment across the industry.

We don’t use our resources on any other area of dentistry. The EvoSolution techniques that we have developed are unique to us, ensuring that the process of creating your new smile is both stress-free and cost-effective.

The best way to find out how much full mouth dental implants costs is to book a free, no-obligation consultation with our team of clinicians. And remember, finance is available at 0% ApR.

What are the benefits of full jaw dental implants?

There are a number of reasons why a dentist might recommend getting full jaw dental implants. For example, you may have an ill-fitting denture and not like wearing it. What does the treatment involve?

The first step towards getting full jaw dental implants is to arrange an initial consultation with our experienced clinicians. You can do so by submitting an enquiry here.

Taking approximately 90 minutes, we will answer all your questions and address any concerns as part of our detailed consultation. We will then perform an advanced digital scan of your mouth, allowing us to gain a prognosis of your remaining teeth, along with your bone levels. With this, we can tell you there and then if you are suitable. We will provide you with a no obligation individual treatment plan with cost options, including 0% finance to take away and think about.

If you choose to have go ahead with full mouth implants with us, you will be leaving on the same day with fixed teeth. We never provide temporary dentures.

EvoDental designs and mills a bespoke, one-piece, screw-retained prosthesis from start to finish, in our on-site labs, all on the day of your surgery.

How long does a full jaw dental implant treatment take?

The full process from your consultation through to final fit takes on average approximately 10 weeks.

Your full clinical assessment will take approx. 90mins, we will answer all your questions and concerns, then take scans and impressions that will allow us to tell you there and then if you are suitable.

Your surgery follows the full clinical assessment approx.4 weeks later.

On the day of your surgery, you will need to arrive for 8am and be in the clinic until approx. 6pm to await your bespoke initial prosthesis that will be made in our onsite lab on the same day. You will have your own private, comfortable patient suite for the full day to relax in between your treatment, until you are ready to leave with your first set of fixed teeth. The surgical phase of surgery day involves removing teeth and placing implants, this takes approximately 2 hour per jaw (upper or lower). This is followed by 30 minutes of bite calculation and impression taking.

3 weeks later you will have you will have a review to check healing is going to plan and check the initial prosthesis has done its job in resetting your bite and jaw joint.

Do dental implants for the whole mouth all include the same treatment?

Although frequently marketed as like-for-like solutions for large-scale tooth loss, dental implants for the entire mouth are often very different and don’t always include everything you need to pay for – especially if you are considering dental implants abroad.
