How can full mouth dental implant treatment help you?
- Our full mouth dental implant treatment ‘The EvoSolution™’ is the solution to replacing dentures, missing, or failing teeth in one day.
- This is the ONLY treatment we do at our clinics, everyday. No single implants, no whitening, no Invisalign, all our expertise are dedicated to full mouth treatment.
- Rather than individual teeth on implants replacing each tooth, our full jaw precision engineered prosthesis consist of a one-piece set of teeth, secured in place by four to six implants per jaw, enabling you to regain your healthy bite along with a natural looking smile.
- We are confident we can help you, even if your own dentist says you are not suitable for implants due to low bone levels or gum disease.
What are pterygoid dental implants?
Pterygoid dental implants are placed at the very back of the jaw in the ‘Pterygoid’ region which is a highly advanced technique for which we are Industry Leaders and teach dentists across the world. The biting force in this region is 10 times greater, and so a strong base here is required. By placing pterygoid implants, space for up to 12 teeth can be fitted, greatly increasing the biting strength for the patient, as well as giving them a fuller smile.
EvoDental routinely place pterygoid implants, and many of our patients have them as part of their ‘smile in a day’ treatment. This is considered an advanced implant technique, and is not something usually carried out in other full mouth treatments such as all on 4.
What are zygomatic dental implants?
Zygomatic dental implants are placed into the zygomatic bone, otherwise known as the cheekbone. Placing implants here allows for a strong bond, and also often negates the need for preparatory treatments such as bone grafts.
Placing zygomatic dental implants is an advanced technique, and EvoDental’s clinical team regularly place them in some of the more complex cases we treat. If you have been told that dental implants are not an option due to low bone density, we will most likely still be able to help.

How is the EvoSolution™ different to other teeth replacement treatments?
- The EvoSolution™ available only at EvoDental is an advanced alternative to all ‘All on 4′ ‘All on 6’ and ‘overdenture’ treatments.
- Our highly specialised team can add two more implants in the upper jaw (in the Pterygoid, Zygomatic & Nasalus areas) that makes it suitable for people with very low bone levels or advanced gum disease.
- With all our EvoSolutions, at no point during treatment will you have to wear a temporary denture – you leave the same day as your preparation surgery with a full jaw of new teeth.
What's included at your FREE full clinical assessment?
An advanced 3D CBCT scan will enable us to fully diagnose any issues and bone levels to tell you in 90mins if you are suitable for full jaw dental implants.
Along with answering all your questions we will provide you with a clear, transparent treatment cost and payment options for you to take home and consider.

EvoEssential™
£9,300 Single Jaw
£17,600 Both JawsRead description
EvoEssential™ Designed to restore critical chewing function to patients that otherwise face a lifetime of wearing dentures. Subject to anatomy, 4 implants are placed towards the front of the jaw, which supports a bridge made of medical-grade polymer reinforced by a titanium framework. This is sufficient for a functional and healthy bite.
EvoAdvanced™
£13,800 Single Jaw
£23,800 Both JawsRead description
EvoAdvanced™ provides additional implant support towards the back of the jaw, reducing biomechanical stress on the teeth from chewing, and allowing for a bridge with more teeth which enhances aesthetics with a fuller smile. Additional implants may be placed in the molar area, or at the very back of the jaw in an area called the Pterygoid region, which is a highly advanced technique for which we are Industry Leaders and teach dentists across the world.
EvoUltimate™
£17,600 Single Jaw
£29,000 Both JawsRead description
